I went in to get the $25. oil change and they ended up trying to charge me about $15 more! When I confronted them about it they removed it and made excuses as to what it all was for I accepted the explanation of old oil disposal fee but that was all. My son had warned me to be careful of additional expenses.
I had the oil changed once before but dont remember the charges from that time. Probably wont go back. I prefer going to family owned rather than companies but this was unacceptable!

VERY disappointed with my first (and last) experience at ER Autocare UA. I feel very much taken advantage of; sold an expensive repair ($1750) that ultimately was not the solution for the problem I came in with. Very different from the public image they are putting out.
I would appreciate some follow up from the owner to resolve this.
