I had to bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance, a standard vehicle recall notice, and an odd electrical anomaly - all separate visits. One of the service advisors, Scott Edgell, assisted me with all the maintenance requests. He was professional, courteous, and highly communicative during vehicle drop off on proposed service work and during the maintenance periods with general updates and when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. He was kind enough to wait after the service center closed for me to pick up my car after left work late. Germain's service technicians are experienced and efficient - the head mechanic was able to solve my weird anomaly without much difficulty. The service center always made an effort to make sure a loaner vehicle was available for each of my appointments - which were always clean and in great condition. I live an hour away from this dealership, however, my experience with Germain Infiniti and Scott and his team has earned my trust and continued business.
