Comenity Bank Po Box 182272

I've had a lot of payment issues. It almost seems like they turn it off so you're late making a payment becasue... I can't imagine I'm the only one and they never fix it?

This bank needs investigated. Nothing but scammers. After paying account in full they are still charging interest each month and not updating their account records. Almost 6000 complaints with the BBB as well. I will also be filing a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General regarding their business practices.

These people are crooks. They will charge you interest when you have no balance. Also they like to charge one amount one month and a different amount the next for the same fee? Do not use them!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Wish i could give 0 stars. Charging late fees when everything is paid MULTIPLE times is actually ridiculous. Tried calling to get help and the guy that I talked to would not help me without giving my social security number. Would not recommend this place, in fact please make it known to others not to ever join.

I paid my account in full. Was told to call back a few day later bc a late fee was posting the very next day. I called today and got a man who was very rude and told me he would not remove my late fee. I asked him 3 times to speak to a manager. He told me a manager would not help me. I asked him is name and he told me was Taco. Then he hung up on me . I called back and got a women and Taco took the Phone from her and screamed bloody murder in my ear. I then asked for a manager who told me even tho he listed to the call telling me to call back to remove the late fee he would not remove my late fee. I paid the 30 $ late fee. These ppl are nuts. Jerry 68806 was the manager.
