Am disappointed with the service. I had the warranty because of the good reviews but was extremely dissatisfied in the service when I had an issue myself. My dishwasher was leaking and they had a contractor come out and supposedly fix the issue. 3 days later the same issue happened so I have gave them a call and they said there isnt anything they can do. I pay them to fix issues and this being my first issue with how the way they handled it I am extremely disappointed.

Words really can't describe how much Mindy & Hsp care about their customers! If you are looking for a home warranty in the Central Ohio area, they are a MUST! Small family owned business with a 24 hour staff. They have went above and beyond many times to help clients of mine when something has broken down.

I can't say enough positive things about this service. The office is staffed with wonderful, responsive, and personable staff who are a pleasure to work with. They respond to issues almost immediately. They send the best professionals out on the call every time. Quickly and conveniently. Everything about them is 5/5...10/10...A+ etc. Services: A/C services, Repair water fixtures

I am a Realtor and have an HSP Home warranty on my own property because I truly think they are the best. I recommend them to all of my clients and friends, too, because of their responsiveness and how hard they work to fix issues for their customers.
