Orchard Lane Flowers

As someone very familiar with customer service, an in store customer placing a very simple order should always take precedence over a new phone order (we left at 5 minutes into that call) that you deemed more important. Had you put them on hold while finishing my order you would have been able to fulfill two orders. My young child wasnt going to stand there patiently forever.

I recently ordered two centerpieces for my home. We were showing our house for sale and I wanted two large centerpieces for both my dining room and kitchen area. I left the design open to the OLF team and was obsessed with what they designed! I also recently ordered my son a nosegay for his school performance the team was able to accommodate a very specific request of purple and yellow flowers for my L.A. Lakers obsessed son! Thank you OLF for several amazing orders these past few weeks!

Excellent establishment, Ive always had a great experience and exceptional bouquets from these guys. Every arrangement I've purchased has exceeded my expectations, including when requesting small modifications to suit my partner's tastes. Additionally, they have a really easy-to-use online ordering system; and can accommodate fairly last-minute requests for forgetful types like me, who wait until the night before to order flowers for Valentine's Day, birthdays, etc. Lastly, they appear to sell items from local craftspeople/vendors in their store, which is a nice gesture to the local community.

I ordered flowers for my wife on the anniversary of the passing of a family member. I try to support neighborhood businesses whenever possible so I went with Orchard Lane Flowers. They were friendly on the phone as I explained who/what the flowers were for and the kind of flowers that she generally liked and delivery was scheduled for the same day. When I got home from work, I was shocked at what was delivered. The price of the arrangement with a $12 delivery charge (we live two blocks away on Arden Road) was $104. For the $104 she received 6 flowers (including 3 snap dragons) and a lot of green - the arrangement was underwhelming to say the least and in hindsight I would have been much better off going to Kroger. I dont want a refund and I dont want replacement flowers as the moment has passed and what we received made a difficult day worse. I am embarrassed to have my name on the arrangement and Orchard Lane should be too.
