Unhappy Wedding customer: I want a full refund of $36.08 credited to my credit card account for substandard smoke smelly, expired candy, "merchandise"charged to my credit card on 2.22.2020. Design by Doe contacted me about additional $25 shipping charges because "Etsy forgot to include," or gave me option of cancellation of order, I cancelled. However, today I received a heavy smoke filled "basket" w/ expired candy. This "merchandise" is inedible and unacceptable. I request full refund immediately. If we are unable to resolve promptly I am prepared to file a case on Etsy or file complaint with my credit card company

I received a flower arrangement from my husband that was not my style. I called Doe and told her the type of arrangement I would like and she said not to worry she would replace it. This was on Valentines Day. She made up the most beautiful arrangement and delivered it the same day. It made my valentines day wonderful.

A husband that was in a crunch on Valentine's Day and wanting some flowers delivered to his wife at work, Doe came through. Not a fist full of flowers in a vase. I spared no expense and Doe spared no creativity. She went all out candy, a dozen roses, vase, light in the bottom of vase, and a beautiful card all delivered quick and made me look like a king. Well done Ms. Doe

Was looking for a florist in the Columbus area to have something sent to my daughter who just returned to the area and started a new job. I spoke with Doe on the phone after seeing her website and she took a personal interest in my situation. Doe helped me decide on the jade plant, due to its meaning of good fortune and luck and it was a great fit for welcoming my daughter back and wishing her well in her new job and home. Doe included a card, and some candy as well, took a picture of it and emailed it to me. Doe contacted me throughout the order to ensure everything was what I wanted and also took care to stay within my spending limit. Doe provided excellent customer service, a beautiful plant which my daughter loved, delivered on time, and was very pleasant to work with.
