Precision Glass and Shower

Never had services from this company. All I know is I was almost ran off the road from this company vehicle today. They must were in some kind of rush, almost hitting my car and everything.

I am a returned customer of Precision, yes I am, because I wanted to believe in their quality of work, however they let me down several times and I feel like I need to leave some subjective reviews for others to check out before making the decision. They broke our window parts after installing the new glasses, and they blame our windows being old, then why didn't our windows break before they started the job? We paid for glass replacements and now we have to pay for more repairs to fix their job. Also they initially ordered the glasses and broke one and had to reorder, that put us a long wait before the job can be really done. And the next project we used them, the exact same thing happened again, eventually all the unnecessary costs will be spread onto the customers.

Absolutely excellent product and service! A special "shout out" to Chris, the installer, who was both highly skilled and just a great human to work with. Highly recommended!
