I am not sure where to start. We stayed here. The service was great and rooms nice. It was after we checked out when the true colors showed. While packing our car my box of medication did not make it into the car and fell into the parking lot. We had no idea that it had done this. We were traveling to NY and had made it there when we realized the box was not with us. We called and immediately found out they had found the box. They packaged it and we were able to have it sent to where we were staying in NY. Thank you so much to Candy Huges for all her help and the caring attitude they had for me and ensuring I got my medications. Highly recommend this place.

Upon check-in, I was told there would be a $200 room deposit, on top of the rate I paid for the room. If I didn't read reviews before booking, I would have had no idea about this. It was not stated on the website, during checkout, or in the lobby. However, the employee who checked me in (and who I called earlier about an early check in) was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was alright at best. Desk area was sticky, someones hair was all over the bed and under the sheets, shower head was nasty, and shower took 5 minutes to get somewhat warm. No bedside outlets to plug in a phone charger, I had to move the night stand to access outlets. No clock either. Breakfast was amazing. Some of the best hotel breakfast I've had in a while, and a good selection too. The employee who was setting up breakfast was very friendly and took time to talk to everyone in there. Pool was nice enough. Hotel was quiet overnight.
