Very bad experience for it being an upper scale hotel. We arrived at 3:30pm on day of check in since youre allowed to check in at 3. We were told that the past guest couldnt be manually checked out because his card was declined and the system wouldnt let them issue new keys. So the previous guest still had keys to the room but already left the property. They still charged my card right away but was told we couldnt actually check in so we said that was fine that we were going to go shop and have dinner so we left for 5 hours and got back to the hotel around 8:30-9:00pm only to be told he never called the manager to figure out the situation and we still had no keys to our room that we already paid for and the hotel was booked so they couldnt switch us rooms. This was our first trip with our 1 year old and we booked this place because it had a nice pool so we finally got checked in a little after 9 and was told the pool was open for another hour. We ran up stairs and got our daughter changed so she could swim and as soon we got off the elevator they put a sign up saying pool closed and he said it was due to dirty water. I normally dont complain but was already frustrating about not being able to check in until 9pm but then we couldnt use the facilities so I went to customer service and he told me there was nothing he could do and that there wouldnt be a manager on the property for 2 days and that he had other people to attend to. I went back to the room and found the customer service number, filed a complaint and was told I would hear back in 42 hours. Its been over 3 weeks and I havent gotten a phone call so I called customer service again and they said they showed nothing on there end. Plus the breakfast in the morning tasted like it had been sitting out for a few days. The rooms were nice but definitely wouldnt stay again, had guest playing loud music in their rooms well into 1-2am so we didnt get much sleep. Like I said I dont usually leave reviews or complain but that is very poor management and customer service

The rooms are clean, the staff is nice and reasonable, and the beds are comfy. What else can you ask for?

Rooms: Rooms was clean and nice. There were a few minor things missing like hand towels and bath towels. Nearby activities: Shopping and dining Safety: Good Walkability: Iffy Food & drinks: Ample

Rooms were clean, friendly staff, great location. There are so many stores and restaurants. Definitely will stay again.
