Great hotel! Bed was super comfy, the rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Will stay again the next time Im in Columbus!

Do not park near shed or dumpster in rear. Major rat infestation.

It seems like this hotel is going through a renovation right now. The lobby was very nice and new, but rooms and hallway seemed very dated and worn. The room was ok, but not as sharp as I'd expect from a holiday inn. The bed was very comfortable. Staff seemed to go out of their way to shoo patrons out of the lobby after breakfast. Not sure why the floor needs to be vacuumed around everyone just 10 minutes after service ends. Unless the price is right, I'd recommend something else in the area nearby over this one.

I found a metal rod fence post under my bed. Later I noticed one was missing from the fence near the side door by the pool. Would love to know the story behind that. Hotel is aight Rooms : 3/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 2/5 More

Excellent, clean, new, updated, and friendly staff as it was perfect for my husband, me and three kids ages 9-13. I received a personal text the day of my stay asking if I needed anything before coming. I asked for an extra sheet and blanket and it was there in the room when I arrived. The in-person check in was easy and quick. The room was spacious and clean with new laminate floors (thankfully not old carpet). We had two queens and a pullout bed with plenty of space for luggage, space to move and space to sit. The bathroom had new calking and no mold. I always check mattresses and they were new with no trace of bugs. The only dirty part I saw of the room was the vent in the bathroom with some rust. I received another text asking how my stay was going and the person personally responded. I loved not having to contact the front desk but could text for help. The pool was a good size, maybe a little cloudy but still good. The hot tub was a perfect temp and clear and clean. Breakfast ended at 9am during the week which threw me off since it was a little earlier than my others stays at other hotels but it was told to me at check in and was on my key card holder so I should have noticed. I am not sure why it shows as a 2 star on Google reviews. I think there is some updating going on cuz we saw a ton of old sinks outside by the dumpster. I highly recommend this place!
