    I wish I could give zero stars. I booked a room through my credit card travel rewards program for my parents because his hotel is located near Doctors Hospital, where I was scheduled to give birth to my son via medically necessary induction. However, a few days before my parents were scheduled to check-in I ended up with a severe medical condition that required me to deliver him prematurely due to an emergency situation. I used the credit card app to cancel the reservation 3 days before check-in. When I requested a refund, I find out the hotel is denying it because they are claiming they did not hear about the cancellation until the day of check-out. How dishonest, inconsiderate, and yet convenient for the hotel. They confirmed that no one had checked in. They confirmed that cancellation was made (but claim it was made the day of check-out, as if that would make any sense). We used Hampton Inn Lancaster as the hotel for our wedding and had a great experience but Im afraid I wont be staying at one again because of the dishonesty and lack of customer service displayed here.

    No elevator until August of 2024, blaming pirates in the middle east for missing part. They keep the front doors locked in the morning even after sun up. Decent breakfast, ok rooms. I will not stay here again. I travel every week for work and this has been the worst hotel in the last 6 months.
