We arrived when it was dark and the hotel had no lights on, so it was hard to see. The room was ok, but it was odd we had 2 beds that were entirely different. The issue was that the staff barely acknowledged our existence. Some spoke no English, which was likely part of it. Especially the next morning for breakfast, which is not free! They charge $5 per person for a very small continental breakfast, and they will gripe at you if you even take a small dry muffin without paying. A poor kid got yelled at for that. If you want breakfast, it's a much better idea to stay elsewhere.
Food & drinks: Don't bother with breakfast they charge a lot despite the website claims that it's free.

Love this hotel only place I will stay when in Columbus clean hospitality is awesome!!!!

We checked in and went straight to the pool/hotub to check it out. We live near this hotel and this is why we were staying.
The pool room.was very cold, the water not nearly warm enough and the hot tub was broken.
We went immediately to the front and asked to transfer to another hotel who had working amenities OR to upgrade (at our cost) to a jacuzzi suite.
No- and No.
Nothing they could do sorry. So we asked for a refund as we would be leaving to stay at a different hilton hotel who I called to verify they had usable amenities.
No can do.
So I asked that I be checked out and left
We arrive at the new hotel and I realize they never even checked us out and the app won't let you check.out that early.
So our untouched room we got to swim in an unusable pool couldn't be refunded.
The front desk associate didn't even apologize or show any effort what so ever it was the worst customer service I think I've ever recived.
