Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel

This is an old property and if given the choice, would probably not stay here ever again. I will give a huge shoutout to Riley Tucker at the front desk for being great, personable and upgrading our room to a suite. The rooms while updated are still lacking. The bathroom door was a glass barn door with a 2 inch gap so privacy was nonexistent. -M lounge was closed -Parking is $45/night The location is within walking distance of a lot but due to the weather we just hit up the bar downstairs for food and drinks. The margaritas were below average at $22/each but the food was good.

Stayed here for the first time last week and will definitely be back. Hotel was well maintained and my room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. Our check out time was very busy but it was handled very professionally. The valet was convenient and retrieved our car quickly. Overall, a great place to stay in Columbus.

Stayed here last week and had a great experience. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Service was friendly and great, especially the valet who did a fantastic job during a busy check out time. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
