I was so looking forward to loving this store, and Ive been following them since their early days in the Short North. All of these reviews are amazing and rave about the boutique. However, I noticed most of these reviews come from buyers. As a seller, I had a pretty bad experience. I was so excited to bring some things in to sell and start building a relationship with this boutique. I collect different luxury handbags and accessories mostly from the original designer or from online boutiques. I was hoping this in person experience would be better. I was so disappointed that I didnt even get to meet face to face with a buyer. They looked over my items within minutes (kudos for the speediness, but Im also concerned about how thorough and considerate they are when it comes to buying products) It would have also been nice to have received an explanation of their buying strategy when I first arrived. It may have changed my mind about what I brought. Other resale boutiques might have a different target customer or strategy. Also note - I was selling handbags, not jewelry. Selling and buying jewelry from here may be a completely different experienceAnyways, the buyer was only interested in one item at a disgustingly low offer price. Would have been nice for them to at least say it to my face. I will just stick to buying and selling my luxury items online. (Fashionphile is the best.) Things I did love: the cleanliness of the store is impeccable. I was helped immediately. Their displays of the handbags they did buy are fantastic.

Very nice clean place good customer service very respectful people and if u have nice jewelry pieces or Nice Rolex watch they will give a good price on it I sold a Rolex to them and was happy with the price they gave me so go check them out it will be worth it.

This store is awesome! Bought a Gucci tote they described as very good. I actually think it was new. Soooo happy with it. Michaela is a gem and an asset to this business. Packaged so well and quick shipping. Highly recommend.

Excellent service , told my sales associate exactly what I was looking for and she was able to find exactly what I needed very quickly and efficiently.
