We hired Hedge to completely renovate our lawn. Instead of the traditional tilling of the exiting lawn, they added a layer of top soil and seeded that.
We encountered several problems with the results from their job. Firstly they did not lay down very much grass seed, so it came in very patchy. They also did not follow directions and renovated areas they werent supposed to.
And worst of all, the top soil they provided was littered with existing quack grass seeds. There are thousands in my yard, and there isnt any cool season grass herbicide for it. Essentially, I need to start over or manually pull each one out.

They did a great in 2020 so we booked them to do the landscaping again in March of 2021. We waited and waited for the last 2 months and they never showed up. My husband called them and was always told "next week" but we gave them 5 weeks and then asked for a refund which they issued. We are understanding people and understand that this year has been difficult on businesses. If they would have just been open and transparent with us and explained that they are unable to fit us in this year, we would have still booked with them next year. However the lack of communication of their end lost them our business forever. I felt like we were getting the runaround and constantly being told that any day now they would come and they never did.
