        Jason helped us close a conventional loan for our first investment property. He was always available for questions, very knowledgeable, and got back to me quickly. We shopped around for rates and Liberty had the best rate and lowest fees. We were under contract at the end of 2023, but closing happened on time, as scheduled, even with the holidays. Would definitely work with Jason again for our next deal!

      We founded Liberty Capital Services after graduating from Ohio State University with degrees in finance. As financial planners, we could have remained in the traditional private banking industry, but we decided to embark on a new venture to create a mortgage consulting service like no other.Our vision was to give all area homebuyers the chance to experience the same level of VIP services that financial planning customers at private banks receive. This was a brand new concept when we came up with it more than twenty years ago, and it has remained our exclusive benefit over the decades since our inception.We see customers not as transactions, but as lifetime relationships. Many companies have tried to imitate our service, but they have come and gone. It is our unique experience in financial planning which allows us to provide the finest level of service.That is not the only way we have helped our community thrive. We give back through a number of charities, supporting our Veterans, Ohio Food Bank, Lutheran and Catholic Social Services, and Helping Hands to name a few.We feel truly honored to be part of the Central Ohio community, and would be privileged to build a long-term relationship with you as our next customer.
