From start to finish Chad was great! He is quick, candid and relatable. He is knowledgeable in the field specifically with first time homebuyers, like us. He took time to get to know my husband and I, and to understand our budget and timing. His team and everyone who worked alongside Chad was very prompt and had great customer service. He was always available for a call and was quick to call us back if he had missed us. Overall, my husband and I are so thankful for all that Chad at Cross Country Mortgage did to guide us through our first time home-buying process!
