Thanks for your leaving your feedback. When you came and purchased your motorcycle the price that was initially given to you was incorrect and the sales manager explained and discussed the error with you which you understood and moved forward with the deal. We made no changes to or added any early payoff clause to your contract the dealership can not do any such thing as that is set by the bank. You were asked to resign a new bank contract as the contract that was originally used was the incorrect contract. Nothing about your deal changed not the rate, terms, or payment. The lender that approved your loan does have a pre payment penalty not to exceed $195.00

Good Evening Wyatt, I may know the deal you are speaking of! This week there was a motorcycle deal that was worked and just about solidified out of Indiana. This deal was on a sport bike where the owner did not disclose the engine noise to which the fix would be in the neighborhood of 3500 dollars. When the bike arrived at the dealership from three hours away and was serviced there were questions. The owner was called by ou sales manager and asked about the noise. The owner said he was aware of the noise coming from the same chain tensioner or something to that effect. He was askedif he disclosed this issue prior to us coming to pick up his motorcycle to which he said no. Long story short the good folks at motoboutique drove his bike back to him in better condition than when we picked it up as(we changed the oil) and didnt charge him a dollar for all the time spent ond diagnostic, 2 way transportation, and an oil change. This situation was handled with class and I'm sure if you bought a motorcycle from us with non disclosed issues you too would return it. thanks for the review and giving us a chance to speak the other side to this coin!
