I have been going to Dr Pema for several years. He is the kindest and most knowledgeable physician. He takes his time with you and explains everything. He cares about his patients. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Pema!

Arrived at 2:25 for my daughters 230 appointment. We were made to wait downstairs for other people to clear Covid protocols. I sent my daughter upstairs to check in. At 2:35 they told my daughter that we would have to reschedule. I arrived upstairs at 2:37 and the receptionist informed me that Dr. Pema left for the day. I inquired why he would leave at 2:37 when he had 230 appointment. Her response was that I needed to reschedule. I explained that I took my afternoon off of work. Picked up my daughter from school. About five minutes later Dr. Pema walked into the reception area. I was so happy, I explained that now we wouldnt have to reschedule. Dr. Pema then grabbed three or four things from the reception area and ran away for me out the back door. Unbelievable disrespect, discourteous, and in the face dishonesty. I cant believe a licensed medical professional would treat his patients this way. His unfortunate receptionist was forced to lie to our faces for him. Clearly, dishonesty trumps any patients time or medical needs.

Dr. Pema is knowledgeable and kind. He has gone above and beyond for me. He even called me on a Saturday morning to check on my condition. He is an outstanding physician.

Dr. Pema has done 3 surgery's on my daughter. He has taken excellent care of her. Checking on her over the weekend as well as sending scripts from his home office after the hospital site wasn't working and all day in surgery!
