When I came in today there was a huge line and the staff got thru us all without being rude to customers or coming off bothered. They were quick, efficient, and kind so i wanted to leave a good review. best UPS experience Ive had!

The manager Nick is very Rude I had the worse client experience I could ever have. I went in to drop off a return for two packages. However, my instinct had me checking the shipping address only to realize the merchant had my address as the return. I was working with a rep when the manager who was irritated just ask me to step aside angrily so he can help someone else. On my defense, I pushed back since Id had to stay in line till my turn to get this return taken care of. While I tried to express my disappointment on how he talked to me, his employee asked me to take my package and leave. Mind you, I did not use any offense or abusive language all I said was I felt its a race thing because Id seen earlier how this manager looked at me when I walked in. Both white gentleman ganged up on me ensuring that my return was not processed. Black lives do matter too you know. Very unfair.
