        Pulled the rug out under me 6 days before an event even after I had paid a deposit. Worst company ever. Not only did they cancel my order last minute but they've been dishonest in their response to my review. I did not "just mention" the scheduling today. I've been in touch with them for weeks and never did they express they would not be able to fulfill the order. Not only did you cancel the order at the last minute, but your staff member chuckled to me when they made the call. I told them it was not a laughing matter. Such dishonesty from this company.

      Hi Kevin, we are sorry that we were unable to fill your order for this weekend. If the order had been secured during the previous month, we definitely would've had the staff lined up to complete the delivery on Sunday, but because you only decided to reserve this morning, we were unable to line up staff to work it. As we said, we'd be more than happy to provide delivery Friday and pick up Monday, it's simply the Sunday scheduling that you just mentioned today that we are unable to complete. Please let us know if you are able to accept the order in advance.
