I reported a gas leak in my water heater to Columbus Plumbing. They live up to their name and made good on their promise to arrive within the first two hours of the phone contact. When Jeromy and Eloy arrived, they immediately went to work figuring out what was wrong. Ivan then went on to describe the problem and the necessary repairs. In less than an hour, the issue was remedied and the gas flow was stopped. Huge praise for Eloy's exceptional customer service, which goes above and beyond to satisfy our demands as clients. Will absolutely refer and give another call if I need plumbing work done!

It's difficult to find a trustworthy and honest plumber these days. After another plumber claimed to have fixed our gas pipe, the gas company informed us that the work was flawed and that they were unable to turn on our gas. After locating Columbus Plumbing, we made the decision to contact them. They performed outstanding work in terms of client service, quality work, and communication. Many thanks! When Jeromy and Eloy got to my residence, they worked really well. On Monday, I gave a call to make an appointment. They put me on the Friday schedule because I wasn't in a rush, but they said they would call me if there was an opening. I got a call on Wednesday, two days early, saying they were on their way. The first task was simplea tiny leak needed to be corrected, and it took them approximately ten minutes. One of the jobs was a bathtub faucet that was leaking. When Jeromy promised he could fix it, I had already purchased the replacement before sheet rock and tile were broken. He was able to fix my faucet without taking anything apart an hour later! He not only replaced my bathtub faucet without having to break down my wall, but he also saved me money. I am really hesitant because Columbus Plumbing was better, more affordable, and professionally completed. I had phoned other services !! Jeromy and Eloy, thanks for an excellent work!
