        Served both me and partner tonkotsu without egg yesterday. Noodles and rest of dish were great but how do you forget the egg?

        Some of the most mediocre ramen we've ever had. The veggie shoyu broth just tastes like straight up miso paste without any other actual flavor and the noodles were entirely congealed together. Husband said his wasn't bad, but he was definitely of disappointed. Basically it is Jinya Ramen prices for instant ramen quality. I'm very confused how their rating is so high.
