For 16-years, I had a Diebold Discount at the National Rental Equipment Companies - NEVER USED THE DISCOUNT and never really used those companies.         Absolutely painless, guy was friendly, in and out fast, they had what I needed... returned it and everyone's happy. I've been renting with them, even a huge lift to paint a dormer once, for about 15 years. It's one of those places that you need to have in your neighborhood.
