        Employees are distrustful and dishonest. Went to the store because I would rather pick the phone up at the store than wait for it to be mailed me. The guy at the store told me I needed $250 down. I left and went home, and ordered with a T-Mobile representative over the 800 number. The down payment actually needed was only $75. The guy at the store also told me the only plan the phone qualified under was the Plus plan. When in actuality it also qualified under the Next plan. It also qualifies under any of the other available plans as well, if I want to increase the monthly payment on the phone.

        You know when you go into a mechanic shop or something and they talk down to you and make you feel like an idiot? That's this tmobile stores M.O. Truly horrible service. I worked for T-Mobile for 4 years. Lying to a customer so they get a more expensive phone is a disgusting practice. The girl that helped me was short tempered, uninterested in anything but her paycheck, and successfully took all the fun out of getting a new phone. Her coworkers all sitting down at the table were no better. Not a single smile was worn in that store. It felt like I was surrounded by car sales people.
