Falls Heating & Cooling

This company I thought gave me a good deal on an AC install. When I malfunctioned a year later they told me the warranty was voided because they thought my dog peed on it. My dogs been peeing in the same spot killing my grass for 11 years but hes peeing on the unit all of the sudden. To make matters worse they put locking caps on the refrigerant without notifying me so another company has to carry special keys to service it. Ive been through way more money repairing a faulty unit than what I saved by using them. Buyer beware

Had my furnace and AC replaced and had no issues. The tech was very respectful and cleaned up after himself each day. It was quoted as a 2 day install and he was done by noon the second day. Price comparisons had Falls lower or the same as other companies with a similar unit. I am happy with the product and continue to use them for annual maintenance.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I am extremely dissatisfied and upset with this rip-off artist company. One morning, I woke up and I saw that my thermostat wasn't working after checking the batteries. I wasn't feeling well, so I called Falls Heating to see when they could put one in. The lady said, sure, it's not a big deal we can come out today. And I asked them how much it was going to cost. And the lady said it won't cost much at all. So, when the service person came, I told him that my thermostat was bad. He asked me how I knew the thermostat was bad. I told him I was intelligent and I knew about mechanical equipment. So, after unloosening two screws and hooking up four wires and reinstalling the two screws he was done and I could hear the furnace starting up. Then he proceeded down my basement stairs halfway and heard the furnace, which I heard from upstairs, saying, well, looks like your furnace is working. Looks like the job is done. Then I got the shock of my life. He handed me a bill for $235. I asked him why it was so high. He said because we had to come out here and diagnose the problem and fix the problem. I told him what the problem was. He didn't have to diagnose it. All he had to do was to unscrew two screws and 4 wires. I guess I wasn't as smart as I thought I was. I paid the bill and called the owner Larry Burris with no call back. HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU EXCEPT YOUR MONEY. SO, YOU ARE WARNED. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE MYSELF. I always check reviews about products and companies. And if I was to read this review about this company, I would never call them in my lifetime. It really makes me sad writing negative reviews about a company. But if I didn't warn people they would be in the same predicament that I was in. I truly wish someone else warned me about this company. Service: Install thermostat
