Bought 4 new tires and had them installed at Van's. Had the wheel alignment completed of course to ensure they would last a long time. The alignment report indicated they achieved a -0.1 degree Camber for the front wheels. A little over a Year later both front tire shoulders are completely worn out which indicates a positive Camber of .3 or higher. Both wheels are worn out evenly. It was obviously a bad alignment job as I did not strategically hit to large pot holes on each side of the truck. I called to see if I could have this resolved and they said they could not (would not) do anything because it is recommended to receive 2 alignments per Year. Who gets 2 alignments per Year? Now 50% of my 55,000 mile tires are ruined after only 5,000 miles. No one to fully blame but myself for not paying more attention up until this point but it is frustrating that the initial job was not done correctly. Not rushing back to give them any more business. I never write reviews BTW...
