absolutely ridiculous. They booked 10 people for an 8 am appointment, and i didnt get in until an hour after my appointment time, and they were not very nice AT ALL. I could literally hear them gossiping about us while we waited

Been going there for over 25 yrs and today I was refused service because they didn't want to do anymore repairs claiming I will never be happy with my Partial. It's pinching my tongue and the front tooth doesn't match the other. They already put a crown in my mouth that looked nothing like the shape of my original tooth. It was more rectangular square but now it's more rounded. I was spoken to very rudely by one of the lab workers and accused of breaking my partial on purpose for all they knew...WHAT?!! Then they wouldn't even buff the jagged edges of my teeth that are cutting into my tongue. I lost two hours overtime for nothing. Then when I asked what it was that I said or did to make Dr. Atkins not want to see me anymore.. his answer was that it's been repaired several times and I'm always complaining about and and I'll never be happy with it. I literally had to find Dr Atkins to see why they came to this conclusion. He claimed none of the staff want to work with me because of my complaints. He said the lab doesn't even want to repair the partial anymore. It's not my fault they were never made right from the beginning by Dr Klienman. Dr Adkins has only been operating there for about two yrs and now I'm being refused to see. The Supervisor didn't appear to want to do anything when brought to her attention about the way I was treated. She kept trying to get me to go home and she would email call me with what Dr Adkins said. I knew that was the run around so on my way out I spoke with Dr Adkins myself. He was acting as if I attacked a dental assistant or something. He didn't even see what took place but made the immediate assumption that his lab worker was in the right. I didn't curse or yell or threaten anyone, but I was treated like I did. Now my teeth still aren't repaired and I lost two hours overtime pay that I really needed. Did they honestly expect me to Not say anything if my partial was uncomfortable or broken???! That's CRAZY !!!
