Dr. Shellhouse, DDS and his staff (special note to Tia) have created a supportive and professional environment for all phases of dental work. They have recently completed a difficult dental restoration and replacement for me and I am completely satisfied with function, performance and appearance. Each staff member is courteous and cheerful. I felt I was in the best facility offering the most competent treatments available. Dr. Shellhouse loves his work and shares that joy with his patients.

So it's been a couple years re-visiting a dentist in this area OVER and OVER again, not being satisfied with a cosmetic procedure, costing me thousands of dollars. I was told he was the best in cosmetic, NOT!!!!! So I found Dr. Shelhouse - and all I can say is WOW!!!!! My teeth look absolutely beautiful!!! Dr. Shelhouse did an amazing job on my teeth. He was so friendly and gentle and an Extreme Perfectionist!!!!! Exactly what I was looking for in a Dentist..... He definitely takes pride in his work, and it shows.... All I can say today, is Dr. Shelhouse is the KING of Cosmetic!!!! So, if your looking to brighten up your smile - Go see Dr. Shelhouse...... : )

I am writing this review to share my frustrations with my former dentist Dr. R. Gregory Shelhouse and his staff. As a former patient of over 20 years, I had been happy with the care I received. However, as time went on Dr. Shelhouse apparently got too busy and started switching me over to different colleagues in his office. I went there to receive his care, not someone I was not familiar with. I eventually received care from a Dr. Wolters and I was very happy with his work. Eventually he left the office and they transferred me to a Dr. Busdiecker. My first experience with him after my cleaning was that he determined I needed a crown replaced. I was not convinced that was the case because I have never had a problem with that tooth. I got a second opinion. After new x-rays were taken, I was informed there was nothing wrong with my current crown as I suspected. I had already been getting frustrated with Dr. Shellhouse’s offices performance or lack of, so I decided to switch dentists on November 09, 2015. I signed the necessary papers so my current records could be sent to the new dentist office. As of early January 2016 the records had not been sent out, so on January 04, 2016 a second request was sent. I then personally made a phone call to Dr. Shelhouse office on January 08, 2016 and talked with Morgan. She assured me they would be sent out. Again, no records were received by my new dentist, so I called again on January 12, 2016 and spoke with Ashley. I gave her my email address and Ashley said they would be sent to me and my new dentist right away. As of January 14th still no records. I’m not sure what game Dr. Shelhouse office staff is playing but their incompetence is one I want no part of. I finally got so fed up that I stopped in Dr. Shelhouse office in person on January 20, 2016 to pick up my records. Both Mandy and Kathryn said my records had been sent out previously. Now, if that were the case, why did it take more than a half hour to give them to me? I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and feel I deserved more respect than I was given. Getting copies of my records should not have turned into such a complicated task.
