Metropolitan Property & Cslty

MetLife is now Farmers Insurance and this company is TRASH. Im now calling to get quotes from other companies. Every time I call them someone in India answers and they dont understand me. Its unbelievable and frustrating. I live in Michigan. I should be able to provide proof that Im covered under my health insurance and be excluded but every time I call theyre confused and cant help me. Again, Farmers Insurance is trash.

Metropolitan Property & Cslty has been my insurance provider for both personal and business needs, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Their agents are always available to answer any questions I have, and they take the time to review my policies with me on an annual basis. They've helped me find the right coverage to protect my business and my family, and they've been able to save me money on my premiums as well.
