We had checked with a couple other companies before coming across Reliable Home Experts and as soon as Sean came to the house we knew they were the correct choice to do our project. It was a huge project that required a lot of coordination to accomplish. Close to 40 years ago we added on to our home and our family room is on the second floor with an outside basement so essentially three stories up. We had rough framing done and my husband finished from there. A couple years ago we found that when the framing was done they hadn't put in enough structure and the walls were starting to bow out and the center of the roof was sagging. We had cables put in the maintain the structure while we tried to figure out what to do to fix the problem. We had a 12 foot cathedral ceiling and it took my husband a year to do the wood ceiling as he had to cut the boards stain them and then put them up to do the next group as it is in a pattern. As soon as Sean walked into the room he said we have to preserve this ceiling and they did a fabulous job of saving our ceiling. Each board was carefully removed and numbered as to its location. From the top of the walls up the entire roof structure had to be removed, trusses put in, the roof put back on (they saved the metal roof we had recently put on and reused it) and then all of the inside repair work. Sean had the company making the trusses come in and other contractors to decide how best to remove the roof structure and have it back under roof within 24 hours. Not to mention working around doing everything when it wouldn't rain. The roof structure was removed one day the opening was covered with tarps and the trusses went up the next day. Everything was perfectly coordinated and the trusses were in place in about 2 hours and the rest of the day was spent getting the trusses covered with the plywood. The metal roof was put on the next morning. Curtis and Scott who carefully removed the ceiling wood and insulation as well as putting it all back up keep the area clean so they weren't tracking dirt and insulation through my house. With the new trusses it lowered our ceiling 2 feet so the ceiling boards also had to be altered to fit and they did a fantastic job. We also had a full height storage closet that they had to figure out how to cut down to put in the trusses. I am posting pictures before, during, and after the work was mostly finished. All of my drywall was repaired where they had to put in support beams and then Amanda did an awesome job painting with a perfect match to the paint. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I would recommend their work to anyone.

We had a kitchen remodel/extension added to our house. Reliable Home Experts did a great job. The outcome was exactly as expected. They were always prompt in responding to any questions that we had. Very happy with the work.

Reliable Home Experts is a great team of professionals that will provide you with just what you are looking for in a remodel or other construction project. We did a kitchen makeover and other first floor updates, and the results were outstanding! Their attention to detail made it spot on, even down to cleaning up before they left at the end of the day. Their work made our 94 year old house look first class! Highly recommend Reliable Home Experts!

I highly recommend Reliable Home Experts. Everyone on the team was knowledgeable, skilled, courteous, professional and trustworthy. The team did several projects for us, including: -Converting our single bathroom vanity to a custom double vanity -Removing hardwood flooring and installing engineered wood -Remodeling a half bathroom -Removing track lighting and refinishing the ceiling -Modifying electrical to install ceiling fans -Replacing and finishing ceiling and wall drywall due to previous water damage. -Tile work, new toilet installations, plumbing, etc. The work was all executed beautifully and completed with respect for our budget. We could not be happier with the results. In addition to completing quality work, the team demonstrated excellent customer service. The Reliable Home Expert team worked with our schedule and family needs to find a renovation schedule/plan that provided minimal disruption during the work process. We trusted our home to the team while on vacation, so we could avoid the most disruptive demo and projects (we have two young kids and a dog). They made the process as stress free as possible. We arrived home from vacation expecting to, at the very least, give the house a good vacuuming and dusting. However, the team had gone above and beyond to make sure we returned to an upgraded, clean, and dust free home. Dan Feldkamp even went so far as to upgrade our HVAC filter, likely because I had mentioned that my little ones struggle with allergies. Whenever the team was working while we were home they were incredibly kind and caring towards our family, including our kids and dog. It honestly began to feel like friends or family were stopping by to help out. Finally, from the very beginning of the process, everyone was very transparent and communicative regarding, cost, timeline, and expectations.
