        Went in for an appointment I had scheduled a month out and confirmed two times over in their online system and on the phone. I get to my appointment and they tell me I was mischeduled and want me to schedule another appointment two months out instead of being seen at the time I confirmed. They couldnt answer why I wasnt notified of this before 15 minutes before my appointment. Horrifyingly disorganized and disturbingly dismissive.

        Cant ever get an appointment and when Im told they tun open clinic for walk ins on Wednesday, I get told its canceled for the day. No appointments til May, actually. If I need something sooner, I need to call at 7:30am the same day and an appointment MIGHT be available. So much for getting help when youre sick. No clue why this is my primary care at this point.

        Honestly, this review is really just so that I know it'll eventually come across the eyes of equitas policy makers, still a 5 star experience compared to my former medical care with HRT, however; Shorter appointments does not equal better care, this just means less attention, creating an environment where we will likely overlook mentioning important medical fluctuations, especially for neurodivergent patients. Unless you're doubling the staff, it will also lead to a more exhausted and less focused medical team. The timing of this change coinciding with changes to Ohio law is alarming
