Allen was great; he obviously knew what he was doing. He explained to me what he was doing and why, explained what the issue was, and discussed with me other potential issues and solutions I might pursue in the future. I'd had another plumber out from a chain company a few days prior and he'd tried a single solution to the problem and when it failed he gave up and then tried to charge me for it. Allen tried the same solution but when it failed he realized it was a bit of a red herring caused by something else entirely and was able to find the and fix the actual issue. Allen was friendly, competent, and his services were very reasonably priced. I'll be turning to Absolute Plumbing for any issues I have in the future and recommending Allen to any friends/family in need of a plumber. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolute plumbing and drain was professional, affordable & friendly. He was on time and explained his work as unclogged the main drain to our home. He also cleaned out the floor drain and mopped up the floor afterwards. I would highly recommend this company.
