Got a call from the city & was told I had a leak. John came out immediately to determined my issues . Leah was amazing got Mitchell & his crew out to get the job done . Started first thing in the morning & never stopped until they were finished .around 5. Heeter entire staff is a great team . Explained every step that was required & answered all my concerns. Very efficient & detailed oriented . Job site was cleanup & all in order before they left . They all went over & beyond for me . John, Mitchell, Leah & Joann The gentleman that ran the backhoe .. Im sorry I didnt get your name & the great guy that came to run my line in the attic All of you are the best at what you do . Thank you for making me a priority . What a great company & an amazing team . This is the company to to your job !!! The BEST!!!

I contacted Heater plumbing to install new plumbing for a basement build-out. They did a great job they handled all the permitting and they completed the work ahead of my schedule. I will definitely use them again. I also contacted Heater plumbing over the winter to take a look at my hotwater heater. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. We were notified by our city water department that we had a leak in our main line. We called Heeter because theyve done great work for us before. They were here amazingly fast and gave us a very fair estimate for the job. They were able to start the next morning (today) and did a wonderful job. Professional and great clean up afterward. We appreciate all their hard work!

Heeter Plumbing excellent service. The office personnel are very friendly and helpful. The plumbers are very good and do great work. My water heater went out in 4hrs from the time I called them, till a new installed was 4 hrs. That is excellent service. Highly recommend.
