Unfortunately, while we would rate Carrie Everingham high on her knowledge of the local market and interest in her clients' needs, she's so exceptionally poor and contract details that it's costing us thousands of dollars post move-in. Because of missed words, ambiguous dates, and glossed-over items in the inspection report, we're having to pay for brand-new closets (she never properly negotiated them into the sale); to repair a closet that completely collapsed within weeks of our arrivals (thank goodness we don't have kids who might have been in there at the time!); remove bats that were noticed by the inspector but not pointed out by Carrie; repaired several faucets and sinks that were leaking; and we'll have to replace a fridge because she failed to put the three letters, "new, " into the contract; repair a roof that was damaged but not commented on, etc. We think she's a good person, but we're tired of the "I didn't even think to do that"s and the "I'm sorry, but there's nothing I can do"s. We believe she might be a good realtor to use if you have a separate contract or real estate attorney on call, but it would probably be more efficient to have a realtor that was good at both. Overall, when purchasing a half-million dollar home, we need and expect more. Carrie was owned by the seller's agent, but she collected her commission anyhow, while we're stuck with a lemon of a home. To make things worse, when I asked if we could sit down with her and one of her supervisors to discuss our disappointment, she stated that she didn't have a "boss" and that her "team lead" was all she could offer. If true, it seems as if there isn't accountability here if you are seeking remedy. It also appears that they took down their review feature in facebook when I posted there, but then didn't contact me, so, once again, there's little evidence that this company cares about anything other than their commissions.

Carrie Everingham was incredible! She was so dedicated to helping my fiance and I find the perfect home. She was readily available for any question or concern we had. She remained in constant contact with us and helped us with every last detail. She continues to help us even after we purchased our home. She was personable, professional, trustworthy, and truly a joy to spend time with as we were home hunting. She paid attention to small details when it came to contract negotiations and helped save us money. I could never put into words how grateful we are for her time and effort and we recommend her without hesitation.

My fiance and I worked with Carrie Everingham to buy our new home in Clintonville and could not be happier with our decision. Carrie is incredibly professional, very responsive, and a delight to be around. We quickly found the home we wanted and in a competitive buying environment, Carrie was able to draft an offer with an escalation clause and negotiate to get us the home of our dreams. Not only is Carrie a real estate expert, she seems to have a resource for just about any service/contractor. We plan on remaining in contact with Carrie and cannot wait to have her over to show how we've made the house our home. We plan on recommending her to anyone with real estate needs in the future. Thank you, Carrie! :)

We had the BEST experience with Carrie from Amy Conley & Partners! She knew that we had to move quickly to find a house and was so responsive and on top of finding us a place that fit our wants and needs. Carrie was incredibly professional from our initial meeting all the way through closing, and took the time to educate us along the way so that we always felt well-informed and secure with the decisions that we made during the process. Carrie has such a keen attention to detail and she was our biggest advocate throughout the buying process. House buying can be a stressful thing, but Carrie and the ladies at Amy Conley & Partners helped to make this a smooth, hassle-free transition into our new home! We would recommend her to anyone and she will be our realtor as long as she'll have us!
