The Brubaker Company

I ordered the 18" Christmas Pyramid. It arrived without candles. So, I found the candles someplace else. I contacted the Brubaker Company about the candles for their Pyramid and they wanted far too much money for them! I will shave down my candles to fit. The Brubaker Candles were not available for purchase when I ordered the Pyramid. They became available after it had arrived. What good is a Pyramid without Candles? I thought about sending it back. The top of the Pyramid has a big splotches of glue. For the money paid it should look perfect. I have always wanted one, so I will put up with this small irregularity. Everything else on the Pyramid is perfect.

This is a very professional team, a smooth and efficient office. I am a licensed producer and I see how they treat their agents with a down to earth attitude to make them feel at home. Not uptight. They have taken every suggestion and idea Ive had and are willing to work it with no hesitation. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this team.
