        Tried for 2 days to reach my agent Doug and he never called me back. Robin finally did at 4pm and said she was too busy with her kids to call me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called corporate Allstate and they were shocked too!

        I contacted this office to get a quote for 2 cars and house insurance after they gave me the quote 3 days later they called me and gave me a higher price for no reason and this is the worst insurance company i ever dealt with. this place does not deserve a single star.After that they they did fraud charge on my credit card for no service and even Idon'thave policy without my otherization so that's worst business ever
