I had my truck towed to them on a Thursday. I was told they would get a look at it by Tues of the following week. When Wed of the following week came by I still hadn't heard anything from them. I called them and to make a long story short I had to call them back on 6 different occasions over the next 2 weeks hearing different stories and excuses as to why they hadn't even looked at my truck yet. It reached a boiling point for me after I called this past Thursday to find out if my truck was ready and I was told that it was "unfixable". They told me there was a wire that went down through my steering column that had shorted out and they column would have to be removed to fix it. Well the point is the truck was fine. THE BATTERY WASN'T EVEN IN THE TRUCK! I had the truck towed home and had a buddy come over and look at it for me. It took us about 20 mins to fix the problem which by the way was just the timing. I was charged $40.00 for my truck to sit at this place for over 2 weeks and they didn't do a thing to it. So I spent a total of 140 in tow fees and $40.00 to the shop for nothing at all. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you need auto service done and the only place left to take your vehicle is Phillips garage then you might as well just sell it for junk and save your time and money.
