Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus-Hilliard

The rooms were clean. The king suite was well appointed including a full kitchen with all the utensils for a family. We enjoyed the private bedroom with TV and the second TV with the sleeper sofa. The furniture needs updating. It is really worn, but appears clean. The lighting was perfect, and we really appreciated the ceiling fan over the bed. Nice touch adding the switch to control the fan and the lighting. Loved the attention to charge all devices! The pet area in the lobby was so nice and had everything pet lovers would need. The coffee and tea station was well appointed with to-go cups and ceramic cups while there. First class! The free breakfast was Perfect! I would suggest extending the time for another hour. The pool was great. Clean and warm. Would appreciate a hot tub for the adults. Rooms: Well appointed suites. Homewood suites is my new best place to stay! Super comfy bed, lighting, fan, windows and privacy drapes. Kitchen & TVS... fabulous. Food & drinks: Free breakfast awesome! Coffee & tea station superb! Everything you need! Well done! The room is great, breakfast is good. But hearing the people above me walk from one end to the other is very irritating. I complained only because it's late I want to sleep and this person above me does not sit still. It's like they rented the space to walk a mile in. And it's been from 5pm till 11pm of constant heavy footsteps and other banging noises. Other than that it's a nice place just as long as you don't get a stomping jumping jack room wandering adhd person directly above you then you'll be ok . Definitely a first for me to complain about noise in a hotel and I stay in one all week every week for work. So that should tell you that it's unusual to hear this level of noise directly above me. I recorded a small part of the experience. If I stay again all week I'll definitely be telling my employer to reserve me a room with nobody above me.

I have been a long-time frequent customer at this hotel since 2015, and it has never disappointed me! The rooms are always clean, staff is always friendly and willing to help with any issue, great amenities, great attention to detail, with the amazing free breakfast! I made two reservations at this hotel again just recently and when I checked-in, I met an amazing front-desk employee by the name of Barbara. She was very quick on her feet, had a great attitude with impeccable skills, a great smile and checked me into my room in no-time! Later on in the evening I desperately needed help with something important and Barbara came to the rescue! She went above and beyond to help me and my wife get settled in and we truly appreciate it! I highly recommend this hotel and the next time you are in the Hilliard Ohio area, please check out Barbara and the rest of the Homewood Suites staff! I promise they won't disappoint you!
