Rickita deserved a commendation for her exceptional service with a positive attitude despite a heavy workload. I did an online request to print 20 posters on semi gloss. The staff printed in full gloss, but it's okay as it turns out great. I requested another 10 posters to be printed, and they did it within a short turnaround time.

I needed some things printed for an event, and Raquita was SO helpful. She was kind enough to walk me through the process at the counter, and was so patient, even when though they were so busy. I truly appreciated her help and thoroughness. Everything turned out great and I got it in plenty of time. She deserves all the raises!!
