From start to finish of my double-tree removal project, Raul and his team greatly exceeded my expectations. Not only was Raul prompt for our first meeting when he submitted his very reasonable bid, but he was prompt in showing up on time the day of the project while consistently communicating with me at each point in the process. When snow cut the project day short, the hard-working team flexibly finished the clean-up portion of the project 3 days later (out of sensitivity to our family's schedule). Having read in other reviews how pleased past customers were with his clean-up, I was still amazed at the team's attention to detail. One of my neighbors told me that he would not have known the trees had been there unless he had seen them with his own eyes before the team removed them!
