We have purchased all of our window coverings from "The Blind Factory" and have always been impressed by both their product and their service. They come out to your home to measure and return to install. Our experience this time was a shade that was very old and couldn't be repaired. We are very happy with the replacement and the professional installers. Keep up the great work. Thank You Tony

Gina, Pam, and everyone at The Blind Factory are amazing! We had blinds that needed to be repaired, and they took care of us quickly and efficiently. I love how friendly and professional the team is here. I will definitely use The Blind Factory again to shop for new blinds and window treatments and for any repairs we need. Highly recommend! :)
