The feminine guy running the pharmacy is pretty rude. Its not that hard to do your job and you shouldnt be in a customer service role if you cant speak to customers normally.

Everyone was helpful the manager asked Michelle to help me she just sat there. So I walked up to Connie b/c I didnt know who Michelle was until I read Connies name tag. So Connie helped me find my product Michelle went to cash out a customer while Connie was helping me in the medicine aisle. Connie came back to the register rang me up Michelle went back to her seat looking like a grump with an actual frown. I was just wondering can I have a job & get the same privilege that Michelle gets? Email me if so..

This is a 1 now. The last few months have included giving the wrong prescription entirely once (to something I dont even take) and giving the wrong instructions 2 other times. Go somewhere else if you can, this is unsafe at this point. Lowering this to 2 from 3 because the bad is now far more often than the good. The system claimed they didnt have a prescription there, contacted the doctor and was given proof that it was sent, and when talking to a person at the pharmacy the claim was suddenly that the doctor said not to fill it yet. It got filled several days later, but at my next appointment it turns out the doctor never said that either! Things occasionally go okay here but its more often something dumb with this being the worst Ive seen yet. - This place feels really hit or miss, at least at the pharmacy. If you get one of the good ones youre getting quick service and a borderline 4-5 rating. If you dont the line for it can last for quite a while and its more like a 2. Splitting the difference with this rating. The bad happens a bit more than the good but keeping at 3 since they deserve credit for being reasonably good at keeping you informed if, say, theres an insurance issue.
