        You guys really need to get a better automated system + customer service representatives. I have never had a issue prior to this month but after an incident with auto-billing and the horrible interaction I had on the phone with you folks, I canceled my insurance and am beyond angry at the way the I was treated. I will not be coming back and I will actively tell people to avoid this location for insurance.

        Edited* This was eventually taken care of. I believe between my agent and my never giving up. All state finally did the right thing. Thank you sir for your assistance. Recently had a claim denied and never felt like I was backed. The brakes went out on my kids truck and they denied the claim. I had high hopes because they were always very responsive, but when the need came for them to actually help me. I felt like I was fighting on my own. Just because it's cheaper, doesn't mean it's good. Should've kept all of my stuff on USAA.
