        We asked for the birthday gig for our 9yr old daughter. She loves road house. An they forgot. She was so excited. They disappointed her tonight as well as me an the wife. She felt a lil sad about it. Server we had 6/23 sucked. Miss placed our drinks. Kept saying he'd be back with refills. Took him 10mins to bring them. Said he'd bring more rolls didn't have any until our food came out. Wanted a loaded potato an it was plain. Then at the end gave us another tables bill. Huber Heights oh. I did contact the ceo an he is making it right. He then contacted the store an the manager there reached out to me to. It just sucks that this happened.

        Me and my Husband love it here. The food is always good. The staff are always so friendly. The food still coast the same as it always had. So it is still a very viable option to go out at eat at with out it coasting you a kidney!

        Excellence in steak (I had sirloin) quality and in attentive and friendly service. The restaurant was busy and festive. Decibels a little too high for my taste, but the quality of the food outweighed that by far.
