        The manager at this location was the rudest most condescending person that I've ever dealt with at H&R Block. Tiffany Hampton should not have the position of a manager. I had questions about my tax return, and she acted as if I was bothering her by asking them. I couldn't get a straight answer, so I was left feeling very much unappreciated, and lost about my taxes. I've dealt with H&R Block several times over the last few years, but due to my experience with Ms.Hampton, I will NEVER return. Who would have thought that asking questions about your return was a crime?

        Everyone went above and beyond to handle my tax preparations. Dropped them off on Weds, returned on Friday to sign, transmitted returns, and the IRS and State of Ohio both accepted them the same day. Prompt, courteous service by Amy Fish. Will see her again next year.
