1st thing after walking to check in, we were hit with an extra $50.00 cleaning dept fee. No mentioning of this when we made reservations. No cont. Breakfast provided only "you pay" restaurant! Not what reviews stated! Pool was like a hot bath. Hot tub not even in use. Sink in bathroom and bed were so high up, we couldn" t get in bed or brush our teeth. Had to wheel the chair over to reach sink and get in bed . Carpet was damp and very dirty. You feet were black. No luggage rack to put suitcase on and bed was so tall to lift it onto. Only ONE luggage cart for the entire hotel. We are seniors and husband is handicap. Took me three trips to get our things to 2nd. I WOULD SLEEP IN MY CAR BEFORE STAYING THERE AGAIN!

This experience was so bad that we left before checking in. I have never been treated so rudely by a hotel. We arrived on a busy Saturday night. Upon entering the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. We joined the line behind three other groups that had already been waiting for quite a while. After 15 minutes, an associate arrived via car out front. She came in and started helping the first guest in line. Upon a question from the guest, she responded that she wasn't even gone 10 minutes and the guest was wrong. Someone else asked if she was the only person working that night and the associate proceeded to ignore the question and yell at all of us that she has other things she has to do. She rolled her eyes at us and continued being rude to the others in line. At this point, we left because we refuse to stay anywhere where we are treated so poorly. I recommend staying anywhere else unless you're okay with being treated poorly.

Since the second I walked through the door service was fantastic. It was a little busy but yet I was recognized and told sorry and I would be checked in as soon as possible. I told them I understand. After I was waited on I was recognized
