        Beware of breakfast issues: Breakfast is supposed to be available until 930 am M-F. If a guest comes down to breakfast at 9:10am, they don't expect to find the breakfast area looking horribly picked over and unattended. A new hotel needs to impress from the start. Seems this location is having issues doing so.

        Unimpressive for a new hotel, I honestly expect a lot more from IHG for my business travel. Room decent but noisy, breakfast items left something to be desired, for a new location these things should not be an issue.
