I regret ever calling this firm. They will convince you that they carethey dont. They will drag your case out as long as possible to make you believe that they will make a difference. They dont. Whatever you think you will take home for your family, they will take exactly half, if not more. Dont trust this firm. They are scoundrels.

First contact was awesome. But if you need someone to hold your hand and think that they'll handle everything, this is not the case. Trying to navigate life and health in general, and expecting them to dumb things down for you will not be the case. Maybe if my case showed it would bring in a lot of money this would be different. I went to them because the disability process is difficult to navigate. But after all this time, when I call it feels as if I am more of a nuisance to them, and as if I should know certain things. Even had a hearing where my representative passed by me, I was almost late because his location instructions weren't clear and apparently he didn't know what I looked like. Then during he ended up having an exchange with the magistrate about his own health. When you call them you will definitely get a sense of them having better things to do. You'll get more conversation about a bill.

I recently had the displeasure of being rear-ended by an uninsured motorist. I didn't know at the time of the accident that the offending party was uninsured as they showed proof of insurance to the police on scene. Only after receiving treatment for my back injury and trying to get my car repaired did I find out that they had canceled the insurance 14 days before they hit me. I contacted Nikki Depner at Gallon, Takacs & Boissoneault about my situation and she put me in touch with a Personal Injury attorney with the firm. The whole intake process was stress free and easy. The consultation with them was easy. Not only that, until they achieve a settlement for me, there is no cost. Follow up calls are made to keep me informed on progress. Top notch company for people who are going through what could be a terrifying ordeal depending on the severity of the situation they find themselves in.
