For some odd reason the employees here are very friendly and helpful. Even at closing time, right before their shift ends and you break their printer (twice).

Let me first say that the employee SETH is the best! I needed to print out some resumes at the last minute like 15 minutes before the store closed and Seth helped me with no problem while closing the store down. Not only was this man multitasking, he was making me feel heard, and valued. Seth even went above and beyond by upgrading my resume paper to have a very professional look so I could land my dream job I have been praying for...for the past 2 years! Guess what!?!? I got the jobbbbb!!!!! Seth, thank you for being you! Thank you for your patience and positive attitude when I was frustrated! Thank you for your best wishes given for me landing the joba Most importantly thank you for your excellent above and beyond customer service. YOU ARE THE BOMB.COM!!! I called 40 minutes before closing time to ask if I could get 2 COVID vaccination cards laminated before closing time (9:00) if I got to the store within 10 minutes. The girl checked with the Print & Marketing Department and said they told her yes it would take less than 5 minutes to laminate and would be free. I walked in the door at 8:30 and went directly to the print desk where a young man said oh sorry the laminators are all shut down for the night. Didnt even stop to think if there was a way he might manage it in the 30 minutes before closing. I told him what I had been told when I called and he just shrugged his shoulders and said Sorry. You can come back tomorrow. ABSOLUTELY NOT! My husband and I both work in schools and used to spend hundreds of dollars there every year and it was a great place to shop. It was the only office supply store we shopped at but it has been going downhill for a while now. OFFICE MAX, HERE I COME! I cant post this without at least 1 star but this store does not even deserve that!
